The money lands on your work account right after the report is accepted. The advertiser does the accepting, and with a high trust score some tasks are accepted automatically.

Anti-fraud compares the browser fingerprint, the IP and the payout details. A match raises a flag, limits withdrawals and, once confirmed, bans both accounts.
